Shipping and returns:

All IAM Apparel pieces are made to order in the UK. So please allow up to 10 working days for production and delivery. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive an email once an order has been dispatched. If not satisfied, unworn items can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] before sending anything back so we can authorise the return and provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
